Dosage And Usage For Adults
Calorie Fighter is intended for oral intake. The recommended dose is 2 tablets with at least one glass (250 ml) of water 1 hour before each meal, 3 times per day.

Usage Limitations
Calorie Fighter should not be taken for more than 30 days in one treatment period. The treatment can be resumed after 4 days:
• Seek medical advice before prolonged use of the product.
• Do not take medications (e.g., contraceptives), vitamins, or essential fatty acids at the same time as Calorie Fighter.
