Recommended daily dose:
1 heaped tablespoon (5g) per day dissolved in at least 200 ml of water or other liquid.
Directions of use:
Stir and leave the mixture for a while so that the fibers can completely dissolve. It can be dissolved in both cold and warm drinks, except carbonated drinks. The product dissolves well in all drinks and is tasteless. The product does not thicken and does not change the taste of food and drinks.
